You should absolutely get a size larger then what you usually get they come pretty small. Bought it after my crash to always have something to remember my girl blueberry sooo very happy w it! Super comfortable and even with it being a bit small I loved it

Ordered this for my dad, the embroidery was pretty cool! But the hoodie sizing is so off. His normal size is an XL and the XL hardly fit me and I wear a medium. I can’t do much with it because it’s a custom piece so we’re just kind of stuck. Order up a size or two…

The first hoodie I received did not completely satisfy me, simply because of a color issue. After I reached out to customer service they were extremely polite and helpful and talked me through their color availability. I ended up just choosing the outline design, but they sent me a brand new one free of charge and it turned out amazing! If your car is an obscure color, definitely reach out to see if they have that color thread or maybe opt for the outline version! Great buy:)

the design was okay, however the customer service for this company is horrendous. Payed for skip the line and ordered before the christmas guaranteed arrival, and didn’t come till January 5th or so. I ordered november 29th. Nobody responded to any of my messages, and when I emailed, days later i got a lousy response, that didn’t answer any questions I had. Not very satisfied with that.

A little disappointing it took a month to get it. When I received it I was super excited and happy and than realized the blacks are different. Different brands so different black. The stitch is awesome! Just wish it didn't take so Long and the colors matched.

The quality for what was advertised and for the price is horrible. Plus advertising and “guaranteeing” a certain delivery date was such a lie. Never again will I purchase or suggest this brand to anyone again! After waiting for 2 months for my package and requested numerous follow ups, I finally asked for a refund and to do whatever they want with my package. Miraculously my package shipped out that night and a reply of “they cannot refund me” was sent. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend this to anyone.

great fabric, very well made. when i ordered in early november, i was guaranteed christmas delivery, which didn’t end being true, although it wasnt a huge deal for me. the order did arrive shortly after. the embroidery is very nice quality, however they left a few significant details out of picture i submitted. overall, the person who recieved it was very happy, and i am satisfied.
