WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

At Driver Dynasty we hand make and hand draw every single order. Our artists take a lot of care and spend time to make sure it's done perfectly. Due to the fact that everything is customized, we cannot accept any cancellation requests after 24 Hours of placing your order.


We do however offer product revisions if in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration.

If merchandise products are received damaged or broken, we will organize for a replacement product to be send to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it without service provider.

How do I organize a revision or new product to be sent to me?

Simply email info@driverdynasty.com and we will begin the process!

 

What if my printed product arrives damaged?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at

info@driverdynasty.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

 

Metal Cards and Acrylic Cases

For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery. 

* Please note acrylic and metal are extremely fragile and minor scratches are very common, due to this, we DO NOT consider minor scratches defects.
